The company Pulse Engineering was incorporated in the year 1983 as a design and production house for customized Power Supply Systems and Products. Pulse Engineering has now grown to be a respected worldwide supplier and designer of innovative high quality power supplies for Tele-communication and Industrial applications.
In these years the company has diversified into power electronics, embedded system design and precision analog electronics in providing a total technical solutions to our customers. From concept to design our team supports the most demanding requirements of the industry.

We have a PCB Wave Soldering, degreasing, vapor phase and ultrasonic cleaning, component forming etc. facilities for handling single PCB’s up to 12” width. |

 | PCB Design Facility
Trained and experienced manpower handles the CAD/CAM facility. PCB’s up to 16 layers have been designed and supplied by us using our in-house design facility.
We have the experience of designing RF, analog and Power PCB’s in additions to digital circuits. |

 | Manufacturing Facility II
We have a dedicated team engaged in the development and manufacturing of high quality and complex wound magnetic components used in power and RF equipment.
We have installed high speed CNC winding machine besides several semi automatic-winding machines capable of handling wires from SWG 50 till SWG 4. We also have complete equipment for vacuum impregnation and baking.
Each magnetic component manufactured is tested as per international safety standards. |

Test facility for testing analog power supplies, digital power supplies, analog and microcontroller based circuits exists with us.
Standard test equipment like Digital storage Oscilloscopes, Analog Oscilloscope, Signal Generated, Digital LCR Bridge, Bench top DMM, Micro ohm meter, High potential breakdown testing etc. are available in-house. |
